It's wonderful to still see a Motor Officer riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. And a Motor Officer who enjoys and likes the H-D. You can tell by watching the video that Officer Carlos Barcelos is a professional motorcycle rider just by the way he handles a big FLHTP H-D. I've been riding a motorcycle for 28 years and I've never owned or ridden any other motorcycle except a H-D FLH model. And I'll never change. It makes me happy when I see a Motor Officer on a H-D FLH Police model. I love watching this video and seeing how graceful he is on that FLHTP.
