If there is anyone who would be able to get me the orgainzation who would be able to provide me with information on this program I would greatly appreciate it. You see I'm an El Paso Police officer and about 6 years ago my brother who was also an El Paso police officer while enroute to assist an officer code 3 became involved in a traffic accident. It was a terrible accident and we almost lost him. Thank God we didn't. Instead he was paralyzed from the waiste down. It sux to see him this way. My brother was a helluva cop, and he still has that in him. He was an awesome athlete and he just completely had to change his lifestyle. He unfortunately had to medically retire, and is now in a wheelchair. I would want to know if it is possible if he would be able to get one. Even if i would have to pay for it.
