Chicago Standoff Ends With 1 Dead, Captain Wounded, Suspect Arrested

A police standoff that began in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago with the attempted arrest of an Indianapolis shooting spree suspect ended six hours later with one man dead, the suspect in custody, and a high-ranking officer recovering from a head wound, officials said. More Here.

wow…a Capt out working, how unusual! A real COP that was promoted to that rank. I pray he recovers and thanks for showing the "rank & file" that not all bosses are arm chair quarterbacks and some do really know whats it is like to be a street cop! Oh sorry was I referring to you Superintendent McCarty?
