Hopped up on Meth it's a wonder the stun guns had much affect. Thanks to this brave citizen who sized up the situation and did what she could do - getting help on the way quickly. I wouldn't expect her to try to take on this huge guy, especially after seeing what he did to the officer, but she did what she could and very likely saved the officer's life. Thanks go out to her.
