Mayor Forces San Francisco Chief to Resign After Police Shooting

Mayor Ed Lee, who announced the resignation at a news conference late Thursday afternoon said he asked Suhr, who has served in the city's police department for more than 30 years, to resign. More Here.

Study the logic being used in this article. If shootings continue, then all Chiefs--acting or appointed are to be fired, and eventually, if the Mayor does NOT fire a Chief, then the Mayor should be fired. There is basic illogic in this process of "firing" to prove that such action causes what the "complainants want." I suggest that the Perps (actual or suspected) stop, do NOT flee, and cooperate with the LEO. That alone will result in eliminating the LEO to fire his weapon. Of course this makes sense and is logical. Hence it may not pertain to this are and/or this Mayor.
