No we need to put the death penalty back in force. You are found guilty of the crime of murder, you use up your appeals and you die.

OK, the video is back. But the mayor and the district attorney seem to think that the problem is guns, not the people who misuse them.

Will they charge this offender with a "Hate Crime"?

I'm lost. I could have sworn I saw some dude in a suit at a press conference state that this has nothing to do with Islam, or Muslims, or religion, or muslim religion, or radical religion, or radical muslim religion, or anything related to anything that might have to do with Islam or Muslims. Could someone please clarify? Just asking.
