The Wisconsin Department's Facebook Post going viral is heart-warming and a joy to behold. Thank that Dispatcher for her 900 word explanation emphasizing "family friendly" LEO activities. Eventually, more citizens will consider cooperation, compliance to authority, trust and understanding instead of resistance, animosity and defiance. Catching more flies with honey rather than vinegar remains tried and true. But that is simply not allowed with gang bangers or their wannabees.
