Denver Police Prohibited from Shooting at Cars

Anchorage Police (Anchorage AK) has this policy and it almost cost people their lives...Denver will see the same spike in OFC injuries and public injuries. If the punk was not acting like a dumba$$ then he would have never been shot. We are now a nation of scared police.
