Thinking fast, Ramirez swerved his Dodge Caravan between the officer and the shooter, shielding the rookie officer. Then he opened the side door, pulled Officer Rosny Obas to safety, and sped off. More Here.

Thanks to the civilian for helping the officer before he got seriously hurt. You see what happens when a suspect is able to get away with a firearm he just randomly fires at anything that moves. Good job getting him down without any other civilians or officers getting hurt after the first two. Take care and stay safe.
