Gunman Shot Dead After Killing Woman in Front of California Officer

A Southern California woman in fear for her life was shot to death in front of a police officer, who fired back, killing the shooter, authorities said Wednesday. More Here.

"He's a good kid" says the shooter's relative. Yeah, and I bet he was "just turning his life around" too.

I suppose his relatives will sue the PD for using deadly force when "they didn't have too," while her relatives will sue for not shooting him sooner, because "she shouldn't have had to die."

Couldn't the police have tased him?? Why not mace? He was only killed cause his is black..Has this officer had any complaints filed against him in the past? Has he ever said the N word?...You may get it by now that I am jesting but this will come up. Remember, he is a good compared to Osama bin LaDEN
