ahh, my first impression was correct. $ was the reason, along with "old boy friends" that the Sheriff allowed this elderly man to work the streets. I would guess that there are no other deputies his age, un less they are donors or friend of the Sheriff too. The Sheriff should consider falling on his pen and resign.
