I think the first officer might have thought of that! Im 100% this Officer, he adapted and overcame a situation using what means he had. He was more effective this way then having a shootout with the suspect and risking his own, fellow officers or civilians lives. Good job Officer!. Good job Chief for backing your officer. Im sure know nothing Libs will arm chair this all day long, knowing zero about police work and zero ability to make quick life altering decisions themselves. Bet some will say that we need to take cars away from police due to this obvious racist misconduct by this over zealous officer, but to hell with them. We are paid to make life and death decisions and stop criminals, this officer did so. Im proud of you officer.

The Officer needs to be in trouble for his actions. He didnt have to hit him so hard. This was way to much force and his fellow officers had no idea what was going on. That Officer had no way of knowing if a pet or children were playing on the other side of the fence he took out.

Shut up Sherry ... You are an idiot l.... the officers actions saved a community from a pending tragedy of having this gangbanging moron from killing innocents for no reason. It's always the children thing with you liberals ... wake up !

Officer who knows @ 4/17/2015 6:46 PM

The suspect was a criminal, endangering the lives of by standards to include the officers, the suspect already fired shots, the suspect had every opportunity to lay the weapon down and surrender. The officer adapted and stopped the threat. Great job on the officers part, what if the officers just let him continue to walk down the road and the suspect decided to kill a child playing in a yard, take a hostage or shoot and kill an officer attempting to stop the threat. The suspect choose to commit crimes chose to arm himself chose to not surrender and forced the officers to stop the threat. Get over the liberal views of protecting people who victimize others, so sorry the officer did not put a pillow on his bumper prior to striking the suspect. Sherry what would you say if your child was in the yard playing and the suspect took him hostage or worse shot him. You would not have a problem with the officer stoping the threat then would you. I don't feel sorry for the criminal.
