This is an uplifting report exemplifying Agape Love in assisting one's fellow man in need. Officer Garcia is a fine portrayal of the Phoenix Bird emerging from the ashes and he will be an inspiration to all his fellow LEOs. St. Michael is in charge here.

God Bless Officer Garcia and all the Volunteers helping him return home. Keep working hard brother !!
