Really? @ 9/25/2014 2:31 PM

So how much will she actually get? I am sure the lawyers will get most of it.

He wouldn't be beating her like that if she were armed...we need more armed citizens to defend ourselves against ALL types of criminals & thugs.

Gene @ 9/25/2014 4:21 PM

Yes, jon, that would have solved everything.
She would have been shot when she drew the gun.
I was a Sgt. with the state of Florida and I resigned
because a 4th to a 3rd of officers hired were
worthless, as the officer in the video appears to be.

This wasn't an act of aggression, but the are certain positions that allow limited response. Some expect 'discussion' although it's obvious when Law Enforcement is necessary. There have been times when someone will not Respect Badge, if you've seen the FULL-VIDEO, she's actually ignoring the officer, while continuting to walk away.

to the members that are not LEO, you have to realize it takes time to conduct an IA investigation. We try to get it right and rid our ranks of these kind of personnel. (I won't even call them cops) It leaves a black eye to all who have served honorable. God bless the peace keepers

The officer should have left her to get hit by another vehicle as she ignored his orders to get off the fwy. Otherwise I see no problem with his actions. She was attacking him. He should have not resigned and should have fought any discipline that was politically and racially motivated against the officer by the black community.
