Washington State Man Accused of Impersonating Officer for 25 Years


A 69-year-old Oak Harbor, Washington, man is accused of having posed as a police officer for 25 years. And if he did, many people are wondering, what did he do with the powers he simply assumed? Oak Harbor police say that for at least two and a half decades, Jim Bailey, 69, pretended to be a police officer. More Here.

Definitely a nut. I would like to know if he actually had a badge he used & if he badged people before. Did he have a fake identification card made and/or used? Did he have a uniform made up for this? Did he have pictures of him in a uniform? Did he actually (other than this story) identify himself as a Police Officer to people? How did he do that? Did he say he was a former one, current one, or retired one? Did he have L.E. Equipment installed on his POV? There's a whole lot of questions needed to be answered before they can actually wack this loon.
