Unless you're perfect, we all make mistakes. The officers acted on information and acted professionally. It was sad the car contained small children and the officers acted with care knowing it was the wrong car. What do you do if you make a mistake? I'm sure most apologize. what else can you do?

Many scumbags have kids with them. Indeed, it is a common ploy in my neighborhood for people casing the area to have kids with them to minimize suspicion. The cops made a mistake and then released the woman in less than a minute. No one is perfect.

Texas L.E.O's. are on edge & have every reason to be at this time. Officers are being killed if not daily there weekly. It's a part of split-second decision making.

I agree-the officers acted properly. I grow concerned about Officer Dan referring to the stopped people as "scumbags." Maybe with a different perspective, the Rookie wouldn't be so edgy all the time.
True-everybody makes mistakes. Not everybody does so with a scumbag attitude, and a gun.
