If these "peaceful" demonstrations, devolve into riots....then the folks involved in these "peaceful" demonstrations should expect the police to act accordingly. Since when does peaceful mean looting a store? Since when does peaceful mean rioting in the streets? Since when is it a free-for-all to destroy public property. If these peaceful demonstrators can't demonstrate peacefully and if they must act like animals - they deserve to be treated as such.

if there was a struggle over the officers weapon and the weapon was discharged during the struggle... ballistics will tell.. if the officer regain control over weapon and was shot after... is a homicide...

The Media thrives on startling topics for their agenda of ratings, "the latest" news and emotionalism. Dry, scientific, analyses are NOT popular. Demonstrations, (especially when prefixed with adjectives like "peaceful"), outrage, claims of brutality, etc. make for ratings. Dare one bring up the fact that police cam recordings can prove proper procedure? They may prove resisting arrest. It is NOT popular to recommend cooperating with police requests. I recommend compliance, cooperation, and NOT resisting by claiming that "my questions were not answered." Here is a hint for those chronic obstructionists to consider: Do NOT ask questions. Simply comply with the requests/orders. AFTER the operation is over, if you have complaints to file, then file them while you are healthy and intact as opposed to being tasered, baton hit, or physically taken down for NONCOMPLIANCE, also called RESISTING ARREST. And I am NOT a LEO; I am a regular citizen with common sense.

I love how they interview someone who has no idea what happen. She says she couldnt see a thing from the back, and then says, 'the police just started shooten".

My question, is the FBI going to investigate and file charges on those so called Civil Leaders for starting a riot in St.Louis and NYC? They contact the news media who loves the leaders, as they stir the pot. They make statements to get the blacks into the streets (this happen with the CHP) to be seen and persuade the outcome. LEO don't intentally want to cause harm to anyone. If they do and go overboard, IIA will investigate. No need to riot or make your voice heard. Where are the leaders when blacks kill a white cop? ZZZZZZ!! You don't see the whites riot. Ghetto Blacks wonder why they are not liked, and wanted. Leaders go unpunished and step aside when the riots start. Maybe LEO shouldn't care and allow the killers and dope sellers/users run amok, doing what they want in their city.

Ok.. This will sound racists, but it's not just a fact..if a Black officer shots and kills a white teenage male, there's no riots or looting. Hell there no violent protests or asking the FBI to get involved. Because we don't play the race card.. Its a tragic event that happen and NO MATTER what the 2 so called witness said about the suspect had his hands up and was just gunned down..I don't buy it. Let the family mourn and the investigation reveal what happen.. All this other no sense by people who just want an excuses to cause trouble needs to stop.
