So glad to hear he is recovering so well! I'd like 10 minutes in a locked room with the dude that did this to him.

I think you put the guy in a field without a weapon and tell him that if he did not obey the police officers instructions that the dog would consider it a hostile act and bite him. I bet he would have wet shorts after that.
