Really? So when a car is backing towards you or even backing up near you, and you know the person just committed a crime, you're supposed to be completely trusting that the person driving it to not hit you? Even though they're trying to flee? I'm sorry, I don't agree with this.

I know the anti-cop nuts on here will be rejoicing in this, calling the officer trigger happy, but I'm sorry, if someone I know just committed a crime is driving a car even REMOTELY in my direction, I'm going to do what I have to do to protect myself. She shouldn't have tried to flee, end of story.
