( I am pro LEO ) Super cop ego, he thinks he is above the law and above using safe vehicle handling , also endowed with super human in multitasking driving skill . Another dope who still thinks this is the 90's were no one has cam's so he got caught and now is trying to re-direct the blame, this is the same type of cop who will lie at a felony scene. Let them get away with small stuff like this and they will get away with big stuff. welcome to the new world were civilians are video'ing everything. Truck driver is right on and needs to take this to super cops Lt and Chief. Super cops needs to pay a fine and get docked pay for a week too shape his honesty back up to snuff.
