Records: Arizona Officer Killed Before He Could Exit his Vehicle


Court records indicate that the man suspected of murdering an Arizona police officer early Saturday morning had exited the car and fired the fatal shot before the officer exited his patrol vehicle.

I feel for my brother officer and his family. I wonder if the new Seattle PD restrictions on use of force would allow a Seattle Officer top use force under these circumstances or wait for the first shot to be fired so the officer could then use "equal force" consistent with the threat. I'm not serious, but thats what its coming to, we have to be fired on before being allowed to fire, like some of our Military have to be when Libs send them into harms way, ridiculous.!

Perhaps the firing squad at his execution will tell Elijah Arthur not to worry, that they are aiming for the wall behind him!
