My question is what kind of upbringing did this boy have? Why did he have two knives in school. Where are his parents now? Are they alive or did he kill them too or cut them. Officers be careful of this one he is definitely not all there.

I'm sure that the parents are going to have a field day with that, suing the police department for not properly protecting the identity of a minor. I'm not saying I would agree with it, but watch out, it's bound to happen.
