Glad to see the BG go down and the officer go home. I wonder how the Feds will try and twist this one.

If what happened is what was reported, then good shoot. Point a gun at anyone and you risk getting shot.

I hope that there is video of this shooting either vehicle or on the officer so that people can see that officers just don't shoot people to shoot them. There has to be some footage somewhere in that area that can show what happened. Again if you point a weapon at an officer he is trained to neutralize the threat. He won't sleep well for about 3-4 months and his mood will be down but it happens. Sorry for the young lady's loss but if she pointed the gun at the officer he didn't have a choice.
