This was on the ABC 4 Link about this incident: The crash was investigated by the Lehi Police Department. Officers noticed signs of impairment on the truck driver, 49-year-old Steven Sturgis Bell from Nevada. During a sobriety test, Bell allegedly tried to run away but was soon captured and arrested by police officers. Lehi Police said Bell was arrested and booked on suspicion of felony drug possession and misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. He was also cited with traffic violations in relation to the crash.
