Gotta love these two douche bags who sit there watching and recording for over five minutes doing absolutely nothing to assist the officers who are obviously having a difficult time controling the guy, and then proceed to criticise the actions of the officers from their vantage point hundreds of yards away where they can see exactly jack and they have no idea what actually happened.

Longarm9, why are you insulting the videographers? There are 2-3 officers dealing with one man. Had any civilian approached the officers they could have viewed it as additional hostiles. Unless you see an officer in dyer need of assistance you have to let them do their job or unless they summon your assistance.

We can't blame the officers for the actions of the perpetrator... They don't know whats going to happen anymore than you do....
