The suspect is heard admitting to flipping the officers off and he claims it was because he thought he knew them. Neither officer was anything but professional and polite. There was no indication that race was any kind of an issue except perhaps the suspect hated white people and he needed the diversity training.

He said he raised his arm , not "flipping them off". And why is there no video of the initial contact.
