This is a free country, where freedom can be excercise to your heart content.Considering the chief is in a farm or far from the public and he is not bothering any one. He has his right to do anything. I leave in a state where I cannot even fart in private with out offending anyone. Keep it up . That is why this country is going to the tube, because of some hypocrite trying hard to be politically correct.
