Gee, He throws a punch at the uy in the truck, obivously not having much effect, then he gets his ass kicked by the same guy and his buddy. Mr.Turner goes down and the two guys walk away, at which point Mr.Turner pulls out his pistol and discharges two rounds, missing everybody. Old saying, if you can't back it up, don't throw it. Hopfully Mr.Turner does some inside time for poor use of a weapon, after the fight is over. Blues, Stay Safe.

He's wrong. He was the aggressor to start, got his butt kicked, they walked away, threat over. He pulled the gun, primary aggressor again, fired two rounds, primary aggressor again. Three strikes, "You're Out!"

watch the Video it was not him, but his wife that pulled the gun, she handed it to him at the 18second mark you can see the gun in her hand at the 15 second mark

Yes, Mr. Turner started it and got beat up by two young men. Female had the gun and then handed it to Mr. Turner to which he then aimed but did not fire (watched the video multiple times) at the subjects in the vehicle. The "noise" was the door slamming shut as it briefly flashes across the camera. Jail time? Sure, for all involved.
