I don't know, but I thought I heard her father say "She doesn't drink". Ummm.... how did she get a .14 BAC, osmosis?

Dad is typical of parents that get on tv and talk about their babies being angels. He was a little more dumb than others when he denies her drinking in trying to dispute her BAC. She admits on video to being in a wreck because the "car was in front of me". Shame on that car or any other other obstacle that should get in her way. Its not like drivers are taught about speed, caution, drinking and the like for these kinds of things being encountered.

Father is clueless. Gina is deceeptive. Child has been drinking regularly since she graduated WPHS last year.

She had over 4 times the legal amount of alcohol for someone under the legal drinking age. She is a real criminal and she deserves to be caught and go to jail. She can teach bible classes in jail if that makes her feel better. We will never know how many other hit/skip's she was involved in before she hit the trooper or how many other times she drove drunk but she deserves to go to jail and she was a high priority offender that night as dangerously as she drove.

Here is the PROBLEM @ 3/1/2013 4:27 AM

She's 18 years old.
You cannot DRINK until you're 21.
Underaged Consumption:
Possession of Alcohol - in her system/body:
The BAC for TEENAGERS in FL is .02 - for DUI.

Denial is not just a river in Egypt! DAD WAKE UP!!!!!! How can tell when a teenager is lying? When their lips are moving! You can tell by the B.S. half baked EXCUSES she offers that this is 1) not her 1ST drunk. 2) she"s offered the same B.S. before and got away with it. The game ain't new you're just new to it. The maximum effective range of an excuse is 0.0 meters. What would pappy say should the officer had been killed? I say try her as an adult, smoke her butt like a Philly Blunt!
