this is hard to watch. I know that little punk was resisting but to kick him in the head and then again with the taser looks so bad on camera. They should have that guy doing paperwork after all this negative pr he gives the department

video doesnt show anyone getting kicked in the head, it only shows an officer kicking towards the suspect...it is possible he was kicking at the supporting arm of the suspect. negative reaction from a possibly intoxicated bystander is very shaky evidence of wrong doing. looked like a very reasonable arrest to me. the suspect was obviously resisting the officer and didnt comply until he was drive stunned/struck in the ribs with the taser. that means that that action was the "NECESSARY FORCE" needed to affect the arrest as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Ooooohhh...busted! This guy is another impartial journalist in the making (NOT). I'm sure he'll get picked up by MSNBC or Current real quick. You wanna make theoretical internet millions??? Just find law enforcement officers doing their job, take a crappy cell phone video, make sure there is no conclusive evidence, interject anti-cop spew, post to youtube, and become the hero of the mindless minions who have no idea about what we do to protect their sorry butts.
