1. She is not yelling WHY she is screaming and resisting
2. She speaks English well enough to argue about being only allowed to purchase two phones
3. Does she think the police should speak every language possible, how about this I speak every language of every country that I have lived in and that is three so she needs to learn English more than to argue over phone purchases

Eric @ 12/13/2012 6:14 PM

Hmmm.... No English? Why is it I don't really think that is the truth?

Capt David-Ret LA County @ 12/13/2012 6:18 PM

There was a communication problem. They were talking and she wasn't listening. Anyone ever stop a Mexican who claimed, "no hablo English', til they get arrested.

Its not necessary for two male officers to tase some resisting bimbo.

Dave Chen said his niece, Xiao Jie Li Li, 44, of Newton, Mass. had traveled to Nashua to buy the phones days after she bought two other iPhones, and was kicked out of the store for filming customers.

The Chinese woman tasered by police in front of the Pheasant Lane Mall Apple store intended to pick up eight iPhones, which she had paid for online, according to a relative.

Police said she was carrying over $16,000 in cash when she was arrested for trespassing, and tasered while resisting arrest.

NH has no sales tax on retail items.
Massachusetts (her home) has 6.25% sales tax.

Bulk buying at Apple stores is very common -
if you follow the rules.
Many foreigners do it without incident - often in teams - especially on the first day that the iPhone 5 was available.

She tried to break the rules.

Where was her translator when she was buying the phones. Don't fight the cops and they won't kick your ass.

Sounds like SOP to me, if a suspect resists arrest they are usually tazered, even if it is 3 male cops to one female, because you don't know what they have on them for one, and it is also safer in that situation for the officer, and the suspect, to use a tazer than it is for 3 males to wrestle a female on a concrete floor.

Big Dog @ 12/18/2012 5:38 AM

If you live in the USA, maybe you should SPEAK ENGLISH

carvel britt @ 12/19/2012 6:29 AM

cops done a good job.

Terry @ 12/26/2012 10:45 PM

Lady should have followed officer commands. Typical crimminal foriegner responce, "I do not know english" yea right!
James do you work a desk or are you a citizen, it is pretty evident you have never had to struggle with anyone. Two officers or more and a tazer if noncomplient, keeps bruses, cuts and broken bones to a minimum.
