THIS GUY OBVIOUSLY HAS MENTAL PROBLEMS WHICH NEED TO BE ADDRESSED BUT HE ALSO CAUSED DANGERS TO THE OFFICER AND TO THE CITIZENS OF MICH FOR WHICH HE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.

JC @ 12/3/2012 8:29 PM

...what's next, driving the speed limit to catch speeders? Oh boy...

Mo Police Chief @ 12/3/2012 10:37 PM

Sounds like the citizen was wrong to try to take on the enforcement, but our cops need to realize the law applies to them too.

Capt.Crunch @ 12/3/2012 10:54 PM

The suspect looks and sounds like a mentally ill person. i would do what he said and pull over. I would make contact with the suspect and place him on a 72 hour observation for his mental illness and if the doctor report shows that the suspect is not mentally ill I would cite him for interferring with the duties of a police officer. I would also advise the suspect that police officers at times have to drive with their seat belt off so that they can exit the patrol vehicle quicker to catch suspects.

This guy is obviously a fruit loop! They live in another dimension and here is a perfect example of what happens when step into the real world. They are not capable of understanding us. Be very careful how you handle them because they can cause you or anybody physical harm.

david balDEo @ 12/4/2012 6:02 AM

My name is david baldeo ¤am from guyAnA ¤Am 19years old ¤i want a jod ¤ I can be a undercover police in guyana ¤

S.S @ 12/4/2012 6:35 AM

First off david get the hell of the sight you FREAK! There's gotta be something wrong with this guy. It's true sometimes have to drive without their seatbelt for reasons that Capt. Crunch just said. That's one of the reasons that on the units license plates it read what ever state your in EXEMPT.

darcmarc @ 12/4/2012 8:56 AM

Steve you are a moron. Come to Texas and do this..It will happen once

PC9744 @ 12/4/2012 3:21 PM

As with most videos like this, look it up again on youtube, and it's amazing what you find. I know most of us here either support law enforcement or are cops (excluding the wierdo from guyana), but man, there are a lot of miscreants who support this wacko and spew a lot of hate for us. Just sayin'...

DE @ 12/5/2012 6:59 AM

Actually, he is not wearing his seatbelt BECAUSE the law does indeed apply to him.

Specifically, there are laws in most states that says LEO's do not have to wear a seatbelt. This is a good thing.

Under certain circumstances you do not want to have to divert attention from your work to fumble with a seat belt or tie up your hands which must be ready for the proper reaction.

This videographer is both ignorant and dangerous. Reckless driving is an appropriate charge for this individual.

Dave @ 12/5/2012 7:27 AM

Officer should have put his seatbelt on and told the man, "Thank you sir for being concerned by my safety, you should have joined the police department when you were young. We need more concerned citizens like you." lol

Sal @ 12/6/2012 6:16 AM

Just put the belt on and say "My bad." driving with the belt is showing respoct for the law we enforce and for the public in general. If you have to get out of the car quickly maybe you should train yourself on taking it off. I know when I was on patrol i would take it off when entering parking lots or town home complexes for that reason. It is not that big a deal, so put it on and then you wont find yourself on TOSH.O.

Rob @ 12/11/2012 5:15 AM

Steve... you are a vindictive moron!

accccccc @ 12/17/2012 5:40 AM

Put the dam belt on you idiot - its not do as i say it sohuld be do as i do -

Patrick @ 12/25/2012 9:08 PM

WTH , I work the streets on patrol and in an area with a lot of mental illness , a vacation area, people need to respect the law and just get the hell out of our way so we can do out job,an admin office person who has not been on the road in danger will try to make the citizen happy that's their job, mine is to fight crime. a seat belt really? this guy hates police. he needs to be arrested period and get a damn life ffreakin moron.

steven mcclain @ 12/27/2012 6:44 PM

I need help? No I am just on the wrong planet. This is a K-9 Unit, this officer was driving in a reckless manor, what about the safety of this dog in a cage in the back of this vehicle? It also appears this fine officer throw trash out the window. I finally get up to this guy and no seat belt, Mi law has no exemption, I tell him to buckle up and he thinks its funny. Your planet SUCKS

Bruce @ 2/20/2013 8:47 AM

Cops work for us and we pay their wages. They should abide by the same rules we do. It's just our society now that aloows them to do what they want and when they want. Most all of the losers are corrupt anyway.
