That officer is a POS, bottom line, and then lie about the incident....

This officer (?) has been watching too many TV shows where the hero uses his gun to smack a bad guy upside the head. Reality is you can damaged a weapon to the point of no repair, as well as firing the weapon on impact. Dumb move and almost a fatal one. Blues, stay safe.

michael @ 9/4/2012 10:53 PM

This dumb sh-t should get prosecuted. First, very stupid move and second, completely unjustified. I am always amazed at what some of these idiots do when they think no one is watching and then lie on top of it. No integrity or No professionalism..............Should be fired, no excuse.

Dave @ 9/5/2012 5:57 AM

Ok why did he lie. We all know that video is everywhere not to mentkon integrity. We use to hit people with our revolvers in the early 80s but we knew to keep our fingers off the trigger and outside the trigger guard. Looks like a security guard in the making.

Jason Barnes @ 9/11/2012 5:01 PM

Evidently he had his finger on the trigger when he mistake his pistol for a baton. That's the first boo boo. Second is using the pistol as a club. Leads to firearm damage, severe injuries, and lawsuits. What was he thinking ... or was he not thinking at all?
