Surveillance Camera Captures N.J. OIS

Excuse me! Did it say he was firing "Blanks from a Replica 9mm Beretta"
I'm sorry but he has no case. He fired a weapon towards the cops who had no clue that the real looking weapon was a fake. He brought this upon himself and has no one to blame but himself.
