Some people in some cases have legitimate concerns, but in almost every case, some people come out because they have a beef with LEOs in general and use issues to antagonize any perceived issue.

Looks like to me he took a combat stance. Shame on him for doing that after a pursuit. He should have just stopped and put his hands up and he would be alive today.
