Expecting Privacy in a Public Place as long as he was not within the crime scene or obstructing this is a very thin ice? Should have requested the PIO or Lt call the Sgt... show em your best side while you are at it!

Some Officers give the impression that we no longer live in the land of the free AND THE HOME OF THE BRAVE. MEANING WE SWORE TO PROTECT THE CONSTITUTION. AND NOT ACT LIKE UNPROFESSIONALS.
