May God grant His peace to Sgt. Dulle's family, friends, and department.

If you fire a 9mm round into a crowd the cops can use deadly force. But if you drive a 3,000 lb bullet (known as an automobile) down a crowded highway they cannot.. Why is that..?

With deepest respect and sympathy. I pray that justice will be served. Wow...so many tears that I have cried for my fallen brothers and sisters...god bless you!
