Over the Limit at Georgia IHOP

Four rowdy women ignored the lawful orders of two Atlanta Police officers, who asked them to quiet down and leave an IHOP in Buckhead, Ga. One woman grabbed the officer, while he was attempting to remove another woman.

Asked to leave, you don't..& then resist..you go to jail, especially in GA. What was really a travesty was the two star wars idiots. This is the future of our country. Also, learn to speak English correctly before acting like a imbecile in America.

Where is the unedited version of the video that shows the initial contact of the officer with the female?

Who gave the officers the RIGHT to decide how loud is too loud? Did the owners ask the officers to order the women to quiet down, or leave or did the officers decid for themselves what is too loud? No wonder our schools no longer teach the Bill of Rights, as we have less and less Rights. Unless there was a complaint from someone else about these women having fun, or hurting someone the officers overstepped their authority. But as is happening more and more, our police decide the laws on the spot, and any controversy about this, and you are guilty of interferring with an officer. This leads to less and less respect with the police, and rebelling against the laws that are legal. This is happening all over our nation, and there will be a day when the people rise up to get even. Lets control what is legal and teach the officers just what the law is, and have them honor our RIGHTS.

Don Cordell - maybe the owners of the business feel they have a RIGHT to have their establishment free of people who are loud and obnoxious. While I will agree too many people think the police should be their "hired guns" and fix everything for every little infraction that occurs in their lives, our society is becoming a country full of profane, inconsiderate, "it's not MY fault", self-centered, "Ive got the RIGHT to do anything I want (and to hell with anybody else), whinny, spoiled people! And I fully support the Constitution and government staying out of people's business! But we have allowed ourselves to become what we are! And I can speak for my agency in that we really are trying to do what law enforcement is expected to do - based on the Constitution and our state's laws. When is the rest of society going to do the same?

Put her in carbonite!

More evidence of the public's hired THUGS in action. This time punching an UNARMED woman in the face with a closed fist. And as you can plainly see, totally enraged and emotionally out of control. All he could think was PUNCH, PUNCH, PUNCH! Makes me sick and ashamed.

Training @ 6/15/2011 9:19 AM

Boyce G. Your comments are indicative of a person who has no law enforement experience. And if you are a law enforcement officer, I hope you never become a statistic. Fact is, that officer had every right to use the force he did to control that situation. Look at the video again, that female grabbed the officer, he pushed her back and she threw a malay of punches. I am not sure if you are aware of the current Federal and or State laws that govern officer use-of-force, but to use such terms as "Hired Thugs" shows that you have serious authority and anger issues. Maybe you need to educate yourself before making such outlandish, uneducated comments.

Good luck to you sir...

To Boyce,

You are a trainwreck. I'm sure the COPS were there at the request of the business owner. You hit a COP you're going to get hit back; COPS aren't punching bags. If the piece of Sh-t would have followed lawful commands we wouldn't be having this conversation. I'm sure they made a scene and were yelling as they think by screaming and otherwise acting like a retard will somehow make them seem like the victim. It is A-Holes like you that make me ashamed. The people causing the disturbance and the Jack-As-ses filming are a direct reflection of their parents and upbringing. It's scary to think they are citizens of America. I know, why don't you take your family to an IHOP and try to enjoy your meal while these Fanokes are causing a disturbance. You make me sick. I'd love to meet you and see what a piece of work you really are. I won't engage you in a conversation as you seem to be the type of person who cannot, and would not listen to reason. Go climb under a rock with the others of your character and come out when you grow a brain and develope some common freakin sense. You are a tool of biblical proportions.
