Florida Deputy Pushes Detainee To Floor


An Escambia County (Fla.) Sheriff's deputy is facing felony battery charges for a rough detention where he threw a detainee to the floor, causing him to require 11 stitches to his face.

Of course they don't show how the suspect was acting prior to this video. When he first enters the cell it appears that he is fighting with the officer and trying to push back out of the cell. I think he needed to be put on the ground.
