St. Louis Officer Investigated for Off-Duty 'Beating'


Citizen video captured St. Louis Police officer Dustin Ries striking a man with a retractable baton, using pepper spray and handcuffing the man at about 2:30 a.m. on New Year's Day at a Shell gas station, after the subject told the officer to, "Shut Up."

I am sure an investigation will show this P.O.S. needs to be out of uniform, out of a job and in jail.
