Those officers need to go down and charged as anyone else would be!

If this is the entire confrontation with the Maryland student, then yes theses officers need to be held accountable.

We can't hear any verbal exchange if there was any, but if there is nothing more than what the video shows, these officers need to be held accountable. We are held to a higher standard.
