I was so disappointed when PBS decided to carry the concert and fireworks in Washington D.C. this year, and the only other one carried by my local cable channel was in New York. I've been watching the Boston Pops and the fireworks over the harbor on July 4 for as many years as I can remember. The others were good, but it wasn't the same.

Poor guy, he looks so embarrassed. But way cool. What an honor.
