Can PG cops really be this stupid? Um, YUP.

DPB @ 11/20/2012 5:59 PM

I don't know if the stopped subject was supposed to be portrayed as speeding or committing another violation of the law but, if not, these two officers made an illegal stop, did their dumbass chest bump, and displayed the utmost lack of professionalism and need to go!

They just made our jobs a bit more difficult!

Where is Obama and his "Stupid Cops doing Stupid Things" comment when you need it. Oh, the cops aren't white!

John Wright @ 11/20/2012 7:55 PM

Please don't fire these cops! Doesn't the administration have a sense of humor? The next thing you know they're out of a job and boom hired as the guardians of our democratic system standing outside polling booths with night stcks intimidating white folks. Keep them in PG County!

James @ 11/21/2012 6:04 AM

Really not that funny. I mean I can't really see any humor in this at all.

Ohio LEO @ 11/21/2012 6:36 AM

Doesn't anyone appreciate the irony here? Who has not heard comments like these made? I'll bet these officers got tired of this and made this satirical video as a poke at those who make comments in rollcall, the locker room etc. Their administration would be doing a greater service to use this to examine what's being said at work, and that can affect community relations, than investigate these officers.

S.S @ 11/21/2012 7:18 AM

These officers plain and simple knew they could get away with it. Why? Cause they themselves are black. Double Standard is alive and well in this police department.

CCSO @ 11/27/2012 8:49 AM

Oh come on Chief, put your big boy pants on. It's a "spoof". I agree they shouldn't have used department assets, but it does tell a story that these things do happen, not all at once, but they do happen. The NAACP is offended??? The players were all African-American. It's "Black on Black". Who did they offend? The Hispanics, the Irish, the Indians (from India), the Blacks???

Joe Camerata @ 12/6/2012 6:31 PM

A disgrace to the Law Enforcement community. Both officers should be fired.
