The city of Houston produced this video to offer practical tips to civilians for an active-shooter incident, instructing workers to lock doors behind them, silence their cellphones, and as a last resort, do everything they possibly can to take the shooter down.

I guess I missed the scene where a legally armed citizen drew his/her gun and put down the shooter.

sono un poliziotto italiano, ho fatto un corso di tiro con la Strategos international per "instructor active shooter" qui in Italia, veramente interessante, da noi i giornalisti non sanno neanche di cosa state parlando, le amministrazioni di Polizia non conoscono il problema e il normale operatore non sarebbe in grado di intervenire, figuriamoci tecniche di cqb, cqc oppure low light,per me vedere il video è ok
