Georgia Deputy Killed in Apparent Murder-Suicide
Investigators said they became concerned when Cpl. Sam Driskell, a 10-year veteran of the Paulding Sheriff's Office, failed to show up for a court appearance in which he was scheduled to testify. The office sent two deputies to his home.

Body of Missing Utah Officer Found, No Foul Play Suspected
Late Sunday morning, a truck was found at the base of a cliff in a remote area of Sevier County, just west of Emery. The Sevier County Sheriff's Office confirmed that it was the vehicle that belonged to Jedediah "JR" Steadman, who went missing on Tuesday. More Here.

They were killed by men who admitted hating police officers or had grudges against the government β or they were found dead in unexplained circumstances. Two were shot in a remote Alaskan village not accessible by roads. And one died more than 20 years after he was shot on duty.
