A Cohasset, MA, police officer died Friday after collapsing on duty.
Officer Mark Jenkins. Mark was assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division and worked as a police computer forensics expert for the department and the United States Coast Guard Investigative Service.
"Mark collapsed while with coworkers late Friday afternoon," Chief William Quigley wrote on Facebook. "CPR and life-saving measures were unsuccessful."
The chief added: "While our hearts are filled with sorrow, they are also filled with love, as we help Mark’s wife and children with final arrangements. Please say a prayer for the Jenkins family."
