Mark Rivera, Customer Retention Manager and CJIS Security Compliance Officer with Vigilant Solutions, served for sixteen years with the Maryland State Police, retiring at the rank of First Sergeant with thirteen of those years at the supervisory and command level. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Management from The Johns Hopkins University and Secret clearance through the FBI, Baltimore.

Officers Nationwide Pay Tribute to Slain Virginia Officer with Rookie Photos on Facebook

In honor of Officer Ashley Guindon of the Prince William County, VA, police, who was shot and killed her first day on the job, numerous officers nationwide have posted their first-day photos on Facebook. Here's a small sample of this tribute to Officer Guindon.

N-Vision Optics' TC Series thermal weapon sights attach in front of the day scope on a Picatinny rail, allowing the flexibility to use the sight on multiple weapons. The TC Series is fully collimated to maintain boresight with the day optic, eliminating the need to re-zero when attached or detached from the weapon.
