A federal grand jury charged five New Orleans officers in connection with the killing of a 31-year-old man in the days following flooding from Hurricane Katrina, the New York Times reports.
The case involves the death of Henry Glover, 31, whose body was found in a burned, abandoned car. Former officer David Warren, who was arrested Friday, is charged with shooting Glover.
The case is one of eight federal investigations into the New Orleans Police Department.
