Mass. Chief Asks to Remain Part-Time So Department Can Purchase Cruisers

Otis (Mass.) Police Chief Roberta Sarnacki has asked her town council to retain her position as a part-time rather than full-time chief, a move that would allow the small department to purchase new cruisers, hire additional officers and upgrade training.
