Judge Lifts LAPD Consent Decree

Elbeco Receives Wisconsin Award For Work with Disabled

Elbeco Incorporated has received the 2009 State Use Program Partnership Award for its work with Headwaters, Inc., a not-for-profit work/rehabilitation center that helps people with developmental and physical disabilities find gainful employment. Police this morning continued to hold vigil at a hospital for two officers critically wounded in a gun battle Thursday. Officer Marc Dinardo was shot in the left side of the face and Officer Michael Camacho was shot in the neck. Thursday's shootout left six other officers injured and two armed robbery suspects dead.
